Visit of the souk of Ida Ougourd (Wednesdays) for a total immersion, the remains of a sugar factory dating from the Saadian dynasty, the splendid beams in cedar of a farm with walls limed of a brilliant white in Tassouguite, another Berber farm producing Amlou, hot bread, butter, honey, eggs and milk, and many more surprises await you during this day!
